Are there any historical financials available? What maintenance and capital projects have been invested in already? What's needed in coming years? (major mechanicals and other long-term capital investments?) What assumptions are you making about revenue growth? What assumptions are being made about wage increases? Does the business transact in USD or local currency? Is there a private placement memorandum? (Sorry, didn't see one).
