Green Star Products, Inc. (GSPI) is working to grow and develop its in-house, consumer forward products offered by Primo Chalk and Healthy Planet Products.
GSPI currently has two acquisitions: Primo Products, LLC d/b/a Primo Chalk and HP Products, LLC d/b/a Healthy Planet Products. Both e-commerce businesses have secured a Walmart contract that will put them on the shelves in a combined 900+ stores by the end of 2024! This milestone of production demand needs working capital to increase inventory, staff, distribution/raw materials, marketing, and more.
We also seek additional strategic acquisitions of carefully curated products to enhance and accelerate growth, profitability and our competitive edge into the future.

Our Competition
Eco-Friendly Household Cleaners and Fitness Chalk
We will compete with many companies in the eco-friendly household cleaners and fitness chalk industries. This includes well-known cleaning product companies, environmentally focused cleaning companies, and gym and fitness accessory companies. There are also other companies with similar branding goals and more may be created in the future. Some of these competitors have more marketing and financial resources than us and can take more risks. They might also try to get funding from the same sources we do.
Therefore, we will be competing for investors and funds in a market where money for eco-friendly household cleaning products and fitness chalk might not grow as fast as the demand.
Fitness Chalk Competition
Fitness chalk is becoming popular, similar to craft beers and microbreweries. Metolius was the first to make chalk specifically for rock climbing with their Super Chalk, which started in the early nineties. Recently, Friction Labs has become known as the only company focusing only on chalk, and new companies like Patxi Usobiaga’s PUC Chalk are appearing overseas. While most brands claim their chalk is unique, few have a special process to make it different. Super Chalk uses a 'drying agent' that is safe to eat but not to inhale. It is added to their chalk in a factory in China. The process and the drying agent are trade secrets, just like the methods Friction Labs uses to improve the chalk they buy from overseas suppliers.
Eco-Friendly Household Cleaner Competition
We will compete with companies that focus on environmentally friendly products. Our main competitors are Seventh Generation, Mrs. Meyer’s, and Dr. Bronner’s, which offer natural products both online and in stores. They focus on retail with natural products.
The Honest Company, started by actress Jessica Alba in 2011, sells household products for ethical consumers. In 2021, the company made $319 million and was valued at $550 million in 2022. They sell all-purpose cleaners, hand soaps, laundry detergent, skin care, and sunscreen products. Method is another company that sells cleaning and laundry products, and they ensure their ingredients are safe and environmentally friendly.
Many other companies sell natural and eco-friendly products that might compete with ours, but they do not do so exclusively.
Major players in the household cleaning products market include Church & Dwight, Colgate-Palmolive, Godrej Consumer Products, Henkel, Kao Group, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, S. C. Johnson & Son, Unilever, Bombril, CareClean, and For Life Products. These key manufacturers use strategies like new product launches, celebrity endorsements, technology advancements, expanding distribution channels, and mergers & acquisitions to gain more customers.

Their mission is to create green and biodegradable products that provide effective and sustainable solutions for people, pets, and the planet. HPP aims to be a leader in the green and natural category by offering consumers easy-to-use products that provide healthy solutions to everyday problems.
HPP plans to sell eco-friendly household cleaning products that are safe for the environment. They intend to sell these products to retail stores, industrial customers (like hotels, nursing homes, and restaurants), and directly to consumers.
